About Me...

For those who don't know me; here is my story...

Hello exhausted parents,
I am a mom of two and a Certified Sleep Consultant for Babies & Toddlers (ages 0-7 years) offering gentle sleep training methods with fast results (1:1 sleep training packages & Do-It-Yourself courses - something for everyone’s budget, urgencies of sleep help, pace and style of learning).

Just a bit of background about myself: I struggled with my two kid's sleep for nearly 2.5 years; I just kept on hoping that it would get better. There were so many sleep regressions, as I thought we got a handle of things, a new one started. I tried so many different things to get my kids to sleep on their own and through the entire night that I ended up holding their hands or breastfeeding them to go to sleep every night and during every night waking. I eventually co-slept with both of them on either side of me as I was up every two hours. There was actually a point in our lives where my husband slept in a different room to get rest so he could get up the next morning.

I really wish I would have sleep trained my kids earlier; especially before my second baby arrived so I could have fully focused on him during the nights and had peace of mind that my older one would be fine to sleep on her own too.

Within a few days of sleep training them, at that stage my daughter was 28 months and my son was 10.5 months old, I could see major improvements. After 10 days, they both slept through the night in their own beds/cots and rooms, got the younger one off night feeds as well as his dummy and the older one over her procrastination at bedtime (which could easily take 1 hour or more) as well as her early morning wake ups (3am / 4am).

Sleep Training has become such a passion and interest of mine that I decided to study via the UK and become a Certified Sleep Consultant so that I can help other families overcome similar problems.

So .. I know how it is to feel sleep deprived, trust me, I have been there. It does not have to be this hard and frustrating though and can be fixed quicker than you think. You are not alone; I am here to help you.



There are various sleep training methods available (all depending on your child’s personality, your family’s lifestyle and how quick you want results; the choice is yours at the end as you need to feel comfortable with it) but I do not offer the CIO / Cry-It-Out Method. The sleep training methods I offer & support are all using loving & reassuring techniques. Every child is so unique and all family lifestyles are so different; there is no one-size-fits-all sleep training method. I coach you, as the parents / care givers, and provide you with the support & guidelines on how to teach your own child to fall asleep independently.
